Brain fog. Cloudy thinking, lacking mental clarity, in a funk? Here are some of the causes of brain fog and some of the things you can do about it.
This video is not a substitute for medical advise. There are many causes of brain fog. It is not a true medical term but more of a description of symptoms which can be anything from not thinking sharp to forgetfulness to depression.
Causes can include toxins from chemicals, from breathing them or ingesting with food. Also lack of sleep, dehydration, fungal infections like yeast and candida magnesium deficiency.
Eliminating the source of toxins, detoxifying the body - if that is the cause.
Things that may help: getting enough sleep and clean water. B vitamins especially B1 and B12. Coconut oil, dark chocolate,. Molybdenum, boron, for fungal infections. Magnesium.
