I should have said  that, there IS an opportunity to comment – just click on  the blue heading above the red and grey  circle – then click ‘jump to comments’. There are already373 comments, mostly supporting ‘no’ – you might recognise ‘aktivulo’ with today’s date.

At 6.35 pm the vote was 53% No, 47 yes

By this morning it was 54%No, 46 yes.
