This argument shows a total lack of understanding of either side of the argument. On balance, I am against fluoridation, but you simply cannot make a scientific point, as this is, based on one example. It is perfectly possible to get decay when the water is fluoridated, it's just a lot more difficult. The fact it is a lot more difficult does not necessarily mean that water should be fluoridated.
It is a PROVEN FACT beyond scientific doubt that fluoride in water reduces the incidence of decay.
That does not mean that water should be fluoridated. But don't weaken the argument against with this sort of rubbish.
