Pingree Grove's water system has received the state's 2007 fluoridation award for maintaining proper fluoride levels in its water the entire year. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency and the Illinois Department of Public Health jointly issue the award to various towns. Last year, Pingree Grove received an honorable mention.
Does that mean other water systems do not have proper fluoride levels in its water the entire year?
