"Curry Cares for Kids," a dental program designed to help low-income children receive free dental care, will benefit uninsured families throughout Curry County.
Still in its fledgling stages, the program was originally designed by Patricia Savage, R.N. and certified pediatric nurse practitioner with the Curry County Health Department.
"The dental needs of many children in our county are not being met," Savage said. "Oral health care is simply out of reach for many Oregonians."
In a 2006 oral health screening in Curry County public schools, results confirmed that approximately 50 percent of children examined showed signs of tooth decay. ..................

According to this site (below) Curry County is fluoridated.
