USA - Fluoridated water seen as dangerous
Fluoridated water seen as dangerous
About a year ago, upon hearing of this draconian plan to introduce yet another highly toxic chemical besides chlorine into our water supply, namely fluoride, I wrote, as a professional health care practitioner, a highly researched piece for The Acorn on the horrific dangers of ingesting fluoride. It was not printed; instead, another staff writer emasculated and "watered down" my findings.
I had also contacted all the proper CA politicos and was ignored. In desperation I researched the simple Berkey countertop water filter (NASA and FEMA's top choice) to which can be added two small, effective fluoride/ heavy metal filters. Their 6-gallon stainless steel "Big Berkey" cannot be shipped to California except through a third party or friend, but their equally effective smaller Lexan ones can be.
But this does not solve the problem of deliberately adding another toxic poison to the public water supply, one that was effectively meant for toothpaste--definitely not drinking or bathing in which the body absorbs, like chlorine, over 100 times as much through the skin and inhaled gas vapors released by hot water. Do any of you have young children?
Let everyone simply Google a simple phrase "the dangers of fluoride" and then carefully thread through these many websites to get their own information on the pros and cons of the subject. Thereby everyone--including Harvey Kern, who admits to fighting to have fluoride added to the LVMDW supply--will be able to draw their own conclusions on what is about to forced on them and their families, willy-nilly, during the last week in October 2007.
You will hear a Nobel Prize-winning scientist shout about the obsoleteness and danger of water fluoridation, long ago abandoned in Europe. This is a Google goldmine for those who may even be remotely concerned about what the FDA clearly classifies as a medication.
The only recourse now for those who wish to rise up against fluoridation will be to undertake a classaction lawsuit against medication without consent, perhaps spearheaded by the brave women of the Oak Park Unified School District's Wellness Program.
