If fluoride, including water fluoridation, is such a panacea, why are cavities still the number one, chronic disease globally?

We are focussing our attention and energies on the wrong things. Instead of arguing about who is pro- and who is anti-fluoride, instead of finding ways to bury research and downplay scientific findings, instead of spending time and money on trying to find errors and issues with the current data, instead of investing all this energy into the TCSA Federal Lawsuit in an attempt to remove fluoride from our water…why are we not attacking the elephant in the room?
