 IMPORTANT REMINDER: The next status hearing for our federal TSCA lawsuit against the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to end the use of fluoridation chemicals will be held TOMORROW, on Wednesday, October 26th at 3:30PM (US Pacific) / 6:30 (US Eastern).

We're expecting this hearing to be more than an update from both parties. FAN's attorneys filed a motion asking the Court to take the case out of abeyance and either restart it with an abbreviated second trial to review the latest scientific studies, or to make a final ruling. We feel there is enough evidence available from the publicly available draft NTP reports and from other materials since the trial in June 2020 to complete the case and for the Court to render a decision.  We’re confident the evidence is also strongly in our favor, including from the NTP’s review.

It’s time for justice to be served, and we’re hoping that Wednesday's hearing will bring us closer to that end.
