Dr. William Ghali, PhD. discusses the O'Brien Institute's review of the literature on fluoride's cognitive effects at the Calgary City Council Standing Policy Committee on Community and Protective Services on October 29th, 2019 in Calgary, AB, Canada. Dr. Ghali is the Scientific Director of the O’Brien Institute for Public Health at the University of Calgary. He is also a Professor in the Departments of Medicine and Community Health Sciences at the University of Calgary. He is a physician, specializing in General Internal Medicine (MD [1990] - University of Calgary, FRCP(C) [1994] - Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario), and completed methodological training in health services research and epidemiology at the Boston University School of Public Health (MPH [1995]).
