Cheating dentists & GP surgeries fleece the NHS out of £24million a year, a report from NHS Counter Fraud Authority reveals.  They are claiming money for non-existent services, procedures & appointments & submit invoices for patients who died or moved away.  Some dentists have been forcing patients to come back for multiple procedures, to earn extra cash, when the treatments could have been done in one session.  Figures published in an NHS England planning document show dental fraud costs the NHS approx £125million.  GP surgery scams cost NHS £88million.
