It’s dangerous... turn it off... and never turn it on again.
It’s not the job of the City to dose any substance in the community drinking water system for the sole purpose of achieving a medical result. If you continue... you’re morally corrupt.
Time and time again, I repeatedly caution community drinking water systems that the cover up is often worse than the incident.
When it comes to community drinking water consumer communication in emergencies should be handled like real emergencies... the information you are concealing in this case likely resulted in avoidable injuries, illness and real property damage.
If the consumers had been notified of the emergency they could have prevented the wide spread contamination in their homes and business... and likely prevented unnecessary exposures.
PLEASE... PLEASE... PLEASE...
Open, honest and expeditious communication is the only answer.
