1.The purpose of the survey is to gauge the public opinion in the UK regarding fluoridation of drinking water. It should take about 10 minutes to complete.  Participation is voluntary, and you may exit the survey at any time. I found the questions a bit boring and irrelevant like most surveys and gave up. Surely a better way to find out public opinion would be to study the full outcome of the attempt to fluoridate Southampton. The public rejected it despite the £1,000,000 the SHA spent promoting fluoridation. http://hampshireagainstfluoridation.blogspot.co.uk/ a web page I started covering the whole campaign woud be a good source to look at.
