Dr Paul Connett met with the now premier Mark McGowan and gave him a copy of his book The Case Against Fluoride.

Dr Connett, a professor in chemistry and toxicology for over 23 years looked into scientific research from around the world showing that fluoridation is not only ineffective in combating tooth decay but fluoridation is also unethical, harmful and it can have detrimental effects to other parts of the body including the thyroid, bones and brain, with numerous studies showing a correlation between high levels of fluoride and lowered IQ.
