The Denver Water Board

Denver Water: Public Forum on FluoridationThe Denver Water Board will host a historic public forum to discuss the practice of adding sodium fluorosilicate and fluorosilicic acid to Denver’s water. A panel of three experts representing both sides of the issue will present arguments in a forum which will be open to the public. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services recently announced new recommendations to lower the level of fluoride added to our public water. In response, community activist groups have encouraged Denver Water to reexamine current policies. PhD Chemist and Professor Dr. Paul Connett of Fluoride Action Network, Cathy Justus, a well-known fluoride activist and horse breeder who lead a successful campaign to stop fluoridation in Pagosa Springs, Colorado and Dr. Jeremy Widmann who studied Molecular, Cellular, Developmental Biology and holds a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Colorado will be speaking out against current policies and presenting the dangers associated with systemic ingestion of fluoride.

  • "Historic"? We are Change has been bugging the Denver Water Board for years and years. Connett was bribed to come to Denver by promising him a fundraiser event.

  • Bribed? Paul has made many trips to the UK and has helped us in Southampton to stop the attempt to fluoridate the city. He certainly didn't get any money for it that would even cover his expenses.
