Canada - Maude Barlow On Fluoride, C.E.T.A and Carbon Tax

National leader of the Council Of Canadians, Maude Barlow is asked about water fluoridation and C.E.T.A the Canada-European Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement. When asked about a carbon tax she states: "I think probably we will have to move to that"
