Water fluoridation is effective at reducing cavities in both children and adults. But there are other alternatives if they want like fluoride toothpaste, mouthwash, gel and varnish.

Hey USA dentist - do you drink suntan lotion?
What kind of fluoride are you talking about - calcium or sodium? Or are they the same in your expert opinion?
