Campaigners against Fluoridation are accusing the East Lancs PCT of failing to engage in a debate into the topic.The pros and cons were outlined to councillors in Hyndburn yesterday but the Primary Care Trust representative refused to answer any follow up questions.A spokesman for the Trust says its too early for a debate because they're yet to decide whether to recommend process is looked at.
